The blue stain on the bamboo pens is saturated so deeply that the customized engraving is not visible. It was necessary to go over the top of the engraving with white paint, and wipe the excess paint off, in order to see the words at all. On an order of 150 pens, the task was very time consuming, and quite a hassle. Do not recommend. Otherwise, the mechanism of the pens is of a decent quality. *Update: The company did issue a 20% credit to the invoice, providing restitution for the difficulty of the order. This action was appreciated.

I never received the products, after to orders and nearly 4 weeks of waiting. The company admitted that there was a problem with the first order, which they cancelled and replaced with a second order. My delivery date was time-sensitive, therefore if delivery ever comes, it will be after the time that they were needed. I have been a good customer for the past 5 years, but this disappointment has broken my confidence in their ability to deliver products on time. Bill Walton

You could not read the phone # on all the pens! It was impossible to see and useless to us. We got our money returned and threw most of those pens away.

Bamboo material looks great, printing not as good. Very irregular, some printing very light hard to read, printing on a "knot" also very hard to read. Writing quality so far has been good with regard to pens I have used and comments from people I have given pens to. Have received many positive comments with regard to choosing a sustainable material.

The pen writes really well. I'm very happy with that aspect. The engraving us really light. I wish it was darker.

Wish that some sort of LOGO had been able to attach to the product. Customer service, due to lack of English skills, were hard to work with via the telephone and slow to understand via email. Otherwise, happy with the product, although the price listed and the actual charge were a little different.
