The logo kind of italicized a little more than we would have liked but overall turned out great. The taupe color is kind of a beiged out gray. They write perfect.

We really like the pens we purchased. The weight is excellent, the grip is easy and the comments we receive from our clients are wonderful. The ONLY issue we have is that after a bit of time, some of the gel pen ink LEAKS and causes a mess. NOT all pens will leak but some have and unfortunately we have gotten a few complaints. For the most part these are far better than many of the pens we've seen.

i can only rate you a three because i have purchased before. This time UPS has lost the shipment. I opened an investigation 7 days ago and have heard nothing. I escalated to your customer service today to see if they could help drive resolution of this issue.
