I love the product but 1 out of 2 pens don’t work in regards to the fidget. It doesn’t spin

The pen itself looks great and this is actually a reorder because we liked the first set we ordered so well. This time though the pens are not writing well at all. They look nice and we are still happy with that it's just the ink is not what it was in our first order which has been disappointing.

This pen has a good feel in my hand, it's good looking and people that I give the pen to think it writes smoothly...and the fidget piece always gets a good reaction.
