Engraving was really bad, and the Pens.com team were arguing with me and they claimed that it was great and the same as the last 5 times i used them, until i sent them proof that it was not the same, i did get credit for the order, but I'm not sure I'm using pens.com again, remember, your customer is always right!

I bought these pens in the navy blue color and they look sharp with the engraving. They look professional being handed out to pastors and elders of the church.

The pens were very nice,however ,I would have liked the picture of my logo on them. It is too bad you couldn't manage to have the colors to show the picture properly.

The pens great. They write well. I thought the color would be a bit darker, but I can live with it. I won’t order again because they charged me a $22 tariff. I was under the impression that these pens were made in America so I jumped right in. Not true. They were made in China and sold here. So they get a 3 star for misleading info.

The pens are quality. The engraving came out well on the blue barrel. The black ink is smooth when writing. The only thing that needs to be improved is the sharp rim around the clicker. It needs to be less rough.
