There were two books that were not complete. One of them didn't have the engraved information and the other book, the pen was broken.

It is a good campaign giveaway, but if I was looking for something like that to use for myself, I probably wouldn’t buy it. I’m using them solely for advertising.

I ordered 65 booklets because they made perfect gifts for our partners this Christmas. The quality of the engraving was beautiful but there was a glue-like residue on the majority of the booklets. There were also only 3 of the 4 assorted colors which was disappointing. The company has always provided excellent quality in the past, so I will still give them another chance in the future.
