Ordered about $380 worth of these pens, and the quality was extremely disappointing. After only a few uses, many of the pens started producing faded, weak writing even though the ink chambers were still completely full. They are gel pens, but the ink flow is clearly faulty — the ball tip or ink‑flow system seems defective across multiple units. For the price I paid, I expected consistent performance, not pens that fail almost immediately. Very frustrating experience and definitely not worth the money.

The pens seem to be of nice quality so far. We were disappointed that our color requests seemed to be ignored. I understand that requests cannot always be fulfilled, and that's okay, but to receive an over-abundance of one color (pink) when it was not even in the group of colors requested was frustrating.

I ordered the pink pen and the color received looks nothing like it is online. I contacted customer support who first told me they don't see an issue and now they are offering me a small credit and I can keep them. The issue was not resolved as I still don't have what I ordered. The color is my branding.

These are nice heavy pens and the engraving is beautiful. A little $$ (we are a nonprofit) but feel worthy investment.
