After receiving the wrong product , I spoke with a young lady from your office who was extremely helpful in correcting the the error. The CORRECT order arrived today. I am more than pleased with the way your office has corrected your mistake. I had already made the payment for the first order and was assured I would not be charged twice.

I was extremely disappointed in this order. I have used them for years. I ordered the pens for just in time use and am currently set up at and event. Over half of the box of pens weren’t even put together and missing pieces! I have never had this happen before. Customers and prospectives are returning pens because they are breaking. If I wasn’t at and event I wouldn’t even mess with them. I hope someone from the company offers to make this right!

The quality is very cheap, the words came too tiny on the pens. Despite me not being able to see it without glasses the company said I approved it. They didn't care that the picture they sent showed a bigger font on the screen. All 250 came screwed loose so I had to tighten ALL of them. 17 were in the box broken in which they said they would replace. The price was great but the pens weren't even worth the price I paid when there are so any pen companies. This was my first and last time ordering from them and I DON'T recommend this company. I will say the customer service was nice and respectful but the product is not referable.

Pens were fine. I swore I ordered blue ink, checked the order 3 times, but they came in black. Several pens were broken from transit.

Was not happy. It had a miss print and they did not want to fix it. Will never order from them again.

Great ink pen. I always order pens for my church committee and have ordered different styles from Pens.com and have always been satisfied with the quality and look of the pens.

Pens were fine. We ordered 500. The printing job was somewhat atrocious. We had 4 lines to be imprinted. The first line contained a web address ending with ".COM" The "M" was either missing altogether or partially on a lot of the pens. One pen that I caught right at the top of the box (I didn't go through every pen) had all 4 lines combined in a smeared mess as you see in the attached image. I did a count estimate by weighing the entire bag and dividing into the weight of 1 pen. The count was right at 500 pens. I contacted the company with photos of a number of pens and they refunded me a third of my payment. I wasn't looking for a refund. I was looking for a "CORRECT" and "PRESENTABLE" reprint of the job. When my customers pick up pens from the bin, I have to weed through the misprints and make sure they get the ones printed correctly, or just let them pick the pens, which look bad. It is entirely unprofessional to present a customer with a promotional pen missing part of the web address, or looking like the attached image. Will I order from this company again? Maybe. My previous order was done perfectly during COVID even though they are almost twice as expensive as their competition.

We loved our crystal pens that you no longer offer. These are cheaper looking but fit in our budget
