I have been buying pens from pens.com for awhile. I was always happy with the pens. This time I had a really bad experience. I ordered less expensive pens. The logo came so small it is unreadable. 23 pens out of the batch the logo was cut in half or smeared. I ordered pens for $55. So many fees were added on that the total bill was $158. When I called to fix this problem I talked to a customer service representative and then a supervisor. I wanted to return the pens and get my money back. They said no. They said they would return one of the fees but I haven’t received anything. Very disappointed!
