Nice looking pen! It is a little more lightweight than I expected. Thought the lower part of the pen would be the same as the upper part (material wise). Love the smoothness of the ballpoint.

Overall the quality is good. However, one thing is that the printed logo is smaller than when ordered, and the printing condition is a bit unclear.

Our "artist" did a good job placing our image on the pen. The pen is very light to hold & works well. The stream of ink is clear and easy. In every batch, there are a few pens that won't click, or get stuck, or pop apart, but that is just a "normal" now, so I always order some extra. Overall, decent item for good price.

We were not too happy with the quality of these pens. Unfortunately, once they are ordered you cannot exchange. We were only offered a 20% coupon to try again.
