I had ordered these once before and found them to be a great bargain for getting my name out there as an author. This batch wasn't as good because there were some issues with the color. However, the company reached out to me and made things much better. I would highly recommend this company because it stands behind its products!

This is a nice spiral notepad with lots of pages. Good quality, super great price. Imprint looks great.

Poor quality cover and workmanship. Very sloppy looking. Paper is not of good quality, very thin and some of the lines are not straight on the pages/cut wrong. They won’t accept a return, but offer a 10% discount on it. Horrible customer service. No one ever answers your question. You talk to several different people so you have to explain it all several times over. And they talk all around your questions. Miserable company.

The notebooks were well done, except for a large white strip across the top. I had asked that it cover the entire front of the notebook. I reached out to the company on their website to tell them that the printing didn't cover the entire front of the notebook as I had requested and never received a response back. The two stars is mostly because there was no follow up to my complaint.

I ordered note pads and ink pens to give guest as a thank you. Very disappointed! My message was not centered as I selected, Terrible placement of my text. Contacted customer service and was not compensated at all. Note pads are useless I cannot give these out, they look terrible. Save your $$$. Be very careful if you decide to order from this company. I would advise using someone else.
