Many compliments on this smaller, insulated bag. Perfect for lunches! Only complaint: "tariff charge". That is so bogus! If you need to charge more for your supplies, then do that. Buy from an American supplier or find another alternative; don't list a "tariff fee" on my purchase!

This print was blurred and many letters were illegible. The round imprints in the textured fabric were clearly noticeable. Pens.com agreed to take 40% off which was the cost of the fees and shipping. The church was still responsible for the cost of the flawed printed bags. There was no reasoning with them for a higher reduction of price. I could have sent them back but the church needed them for a senior event within a week of receiving the bags. We gave the bags out to the seniors with an apology for its appearance. Below the first photo is the proof that was sent to us and the last two are the imprints on the bags. Dissatisfied customers that paid too much.

It does not have good screening on it. The letterings are very light or coming off, disappointed in this product.

They turned out better than expected. Great quality for the price. Have not tested the durability, but they seem durable and not too cheaply made. Our logo came out great on them. Just with the logo was up a smidge higher, otherwise no complaints on the product.

This cooler would be very nice if the zipper fully closed the cooler. There is an open gap on each side after zipping which defeats the purpose of being insulated.

The cooler bags that arrived on time were a great size and looked nice. No idea how long things stayed cool in there b/c I did not see anyone after they left with the cooler bag.
