First delivery came improperly inscribed. The customer service people were very understanding and helpful. The replacement order arrived, properly personalized, in reasonable time. These are gel pens, of which we find a noticeable fraction which don't write, the ink being somehow dried (out despite the tiny, disposable cap on the point of each pen). We do NOT regard this as the fault of Pens.com, but rather of the pen manufacturer, or perhaps just common to gel pens. So, although we're not ecstatic about this product, we hope to order again from Pens.com.

I had at least 1 pen in one of the 3 boxes shipped that leaked and covered the shipping wrap and a couple of the pens, granted there were 1250 pens shipped. Otherwise looked good.
