Great company. Helped me out. The product went over well, everyone loved them. There were two concerns. Some the paint job smeared, some the magnets were loose. UPDATE: The company is very accommodating. I had a concern and they resolved it without giving me a hard time. Thank you Pens.com.

Terrific item for price, but quality so so. Several came with screws missing or loose on the bottle opener side and the imprint size could be larger. The proof looked much better than the finished item.

Great turn around time for customizing. Good value for the money. Magnet could be a bit stronger, as some of them have a tendency to slide down the fridge.

The letters were too small and the quality of the ink was horrible. It looks washed out and faded.

I'm really disappointed with my bottle openers. The printing on the wood, you can barely see it. It is nothing compared to the picture. I will be calling the company. I just received these like 15 minutes ago. I've attached pictures and the picture they used to advertise the magnetic bottle opener.

The image is faded and scratched. hard to use it for promotional materials when you cant actually see the logo. Disappointed

Quality is great but the engraving on the front can barely be seen. I had to go over maybe 80 out of 100 of them with a wood burning pen so you could see what they said. The image suggested that the imprint would be dark.

I wish they would have engraved them against the grain instead of with it. So many of them are hard to read, therefore I’m not able to use them for marketing.
