INK IS TERRIBLE IN THESE PENS AND SKIPS. WRITING IS NOT SMOOTH LIKE PREVIOUS ORDERS AND I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT. I WOULD LIKE TO TRETURN THESE FOR YOUR INSPECTION/REPLACEMENT.

THE PEN LOOKS GREAT. THE ENGRAVING IS GREAT! THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS WHEN I GO TO WRITE WITH THE PEN IT DOESN'T START WRITING IMMEDIATELY. I HAVE TO SCRATCH IT ON PAPER TO GET THE INK STARTED. ONCE STARTED IT DOES FINE UNTIL THE NEXT TIME I WRITE.

Your pens are good, but have had some ink leakage in some in transit. I like the design, bur wish the logo could be put on one side and address info on the other, as print gets very small, but yet readable.

I circulated over 300 pens to businesses around the area and a large portion do not work. You click it to write and it sticks in the out position without the writing park coming out. What is your quality control process. It’s failing you. I’ve spent thousands and pens with your company and these are the worse I’ve gotten.
