It is good quality. But paying for shipping robs the value of these. Also It was not clear to me how big this notebook was. I was expecting a bigger size, but it was shockingly small.

The product is great, but it was a difficult process getting here. First I was asked to accept a font different from my logo font. I mean, it’s a logo for heaven sake! The font is part of the logo, then the order arrived incomplete, and getting that rectified was time consuming. However in the end, customer service came through in my behalf and really made things right- or as right as possible given the time loss. Still, stellar customer care! It is very appreciated.

Elastic holding pen, is to big, half the pens keep falling out. We were short 2 sets, which I received a credit. while i was handing them out, one of the pens was engraved with another company. The communication within this company is worse. I made order on 8Aug but it reached on 28Aug. I've contacted customer service many times about the shipping date but they couldn't help. The WORDS printed on the book are small. I really not recommend you to consume from this company, unless you have lots of time for waiting.
