The ink flow or tips are not of the same quality as my numerous other purchases have been. The ink flow is difficult to start and when it does it skips.

Ink dries on the tip when not used for a few minutes. The imprint was wearing off before they even came out of the box. Not at all the quality I have come to expect from this company.

The experience with pens.com was great but we checked out the pens and the amount of ink in each one varies substantially. Some will very little at all.

Everyone loved the style and color, they thought they looked very elegant and classy. They wrote well and they loved the stylus on the end. The price was reasonable and good advertising for our small church.

I used one of the pens for about 2 hours and our business name had rubbed off completely. This is not ok!! The entire reason we purchased these pens was for advertising at an upcoming conference, and now we don't have anything!
