I am very pleased with the pens that I ordered and the Pen company. the color of pen was true to what is advertised. The imprinting is legible. The grip is really nice. and the flow of ink when writing is nice and smooth. Very good quality. I have already given your website out to a couple of my friends and associates.

The product was nothing like the proof. When I opened the box, my heart sank. The pens are unreadable, you can’t even tell what number to call for my business. The logo is messy, and overall the quality is far below what was approved. I invested my small marketing budget in these pens, and now I feel embarrassed to hand them out because they reflect poorly on my business. The whole purpose was for people to call me back, but you can’t even distinguish the numbers.

The pens write well, it was easy to get assistance on my design, arrived a day earlier than expected. It was disappointing that the set-up costs (which were not insignificant) weren't disclosed until I was ready to finalize my order.
