great pen set, I've placed many orders. however, you would think after hundreds of dollars of orders, pens.com would stop charging me a set fee, start giving me free shipping and now I'm being charged a tariff fee? they say the pens are not produced overseas but that they are produced in california which really is another country. This will more than likely be my last order from this company.
