Many of the pens are in pieces. Almost all of them need to be tightened up. They are about to come apart.

When we received the pens the two sections were loose on all pens and we had to go in and individually screw each one in because otherwise they would fall apart. Engraving them would make them look much better.

In the beginning the pens where great, but now we have had a lot of leaking and not writing so well.

The feel of the pen is great. The color of the barrel and the customizable print were great Unfortunately, when my order arrived, some of the pens were not screwed together (at first sight, I thought they were broken. I screwed them together, and they were just fine.) and the order was 5 pens SHORT. (145 instead of 150) I called Pens.com, and they sent 10 pens.

The caps range from near impossible to remove to falling off. The ink is great and the imprinting is great. The first one I tried to pull the cap off separated on the back of center exposing the insides. I had to reassemble it for use.

I called and got a rather snotty receptionist. These are not what I wanted. I wanted the stylus gel pens that you can use on your phone or your touch computer.
