This product was decent, however, a fair amount of the pens were cracked upon delivery. I assume if there had been some bubble wrap or some other sort of padding in the packaging that could've prevented most of the damage. Additionally, the design that was printed on the front of the notepad was on the smaller side and I would've liked to see it printed 20-30% larger.

I NEVER GOT IT! Point in case. The order notes were overlooked, leading to issues from the initial order placement, through the address update call, and culminating in delivery to the incorrect address. Throughout the process, there was consistent provision of inaccurate information, making the experience incredibly challenging. It felt like a practical joke and was highly unprofessional.
