Super smudged printing. Edit/Update to note: Customer service was very helpful, but this particular product has turned out to be worse than I thought in my original review. We decided to use the pens that weren't misprinted around the office, but the logos all rubbed off and smeared all over the pens and our hands in under an hour. I've had great success with other products from this site, but I recommend avoiding anything that requires printing directly onto this type of nonporous plastic surface.
