The product is great. The image came out fantastic and it's very durable. I have washed 100 times, and the logo and shirts are still in prime condition. We are also contractors, so they take a bit of a beating!

The image is distorted. I love that you can custom make single orders but a consistent issue I have had with Pens.com is the inability to standardize the size of the image printed on clothing articles.

I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED ALL MY SHIRTS. AFTER FINALLY GETTING A CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT SHE SAID THE VENDOR LET THEM DOWN? ORDERED 16 WHITE GOT 4 WITH WHITE LETTERING YOU CANNOT (SEE IMAGE BELOW.) GOOD LUCK IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS. I JUST HOPE I GET THE REST OF THE ORDER FOR MY EMPLOYEES!
