My training to renew my CBT was very good. Professionals, the whole team is to be congratulated

Excellent, thorough & very patient tuition from Andy, AKA Twiggy, helped me gain my CBT. Phoenix were also super friendly and easy to deal with on the phone when I needed to rearrange the date of my CBT. They came highly recommended by a friend who did their CBT with them in Chippenham and now I couldn’t recommend them highly enough myself. Will definitely be back for Mod1 & 2 later in the year!

Super friendly instructors who take you through from any experience level right to a pass. Had plenty of laughs along the way and I'll definitely be coming back for my next test!
Sensible staff and very helpful and considerate when re-booking or rescheduling a test/training day.
Would recommend to anyone interested in bikes, they're gold standard for a reason...

The team at the Lansdown location in Bath were very patient and provided excellent training for me through much of 2022 in pursuit of my big bike licence that I finally passed in October 2021.
Special mention to Steve for his help in getting through my on the road MOD2 test at Bristol on 13 October 2022.

This was my first experience on a motorcycle, with the instruction and guidance I received I was able to pass.. I cannot promote the professionalism of Twiggy. Clearly a very knowledgable person, who is passionate with what he does. A good ambassador for the company.

Had a great experience riding around and getting to grips with the basics of a motorbike. Our instructor made sure we were safe at all times and gave us clear instructions. It was very easy to apply for the course online and find a site close to me which was very much appreciated.
I was also supplied all the gear I needed (jacket, helmet, gloves, waterproof trousers because it wouldn’t stop raining XD).

There were aspects of the training that were incredibly useful. Extremely happy to have my CBT. Mark, the instructor, was incredibly emphatic and knowledgeable. I would recommend it wholeheartedly.

I am thoroughly impressed by the quality of the teaching from my instructor.
I believe he is the best teacher.
I am thrilled that I had continuity through the various stages of my training.

Everyone who I had contact with was very professional kind and helpful. I had 2 trainers over the course of my Direct Access training. Both Chris and Will were brilliant instructors who make you feel relaxed and get great results. Everyone who I spoke to on the phone in the office were very nice and helpful too. Emails and text messages sent out with appointment dates, times, locations and other helpful info.

A well run and thought out company. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to do any motorcycle training.

I did my CBT in Bath today with Nathan and I passed. He explained everything clear and gave enough time for us to understand it all. I couldn't ask for a better teacher

super nominate, my teacher was super professional and gave total confidence, super polite and kind, explained everything and answered all the doubts of the students.

Passed my full license with Phoenix Bath. The training was detailed and thorough with a relaxed style that helped increase confidence and ability as we progressed. The facilities and bikes were spot on and we had the right amount of time in training to feel like we covered more than enough. I would recommend. Thanks Chris for helping me pass first time.
