Did my Mod 1 & 2 with Chris in Bath. Great training experience and passed both tests first time.

I did my motorcycle training with Phoenix Motorcycle Training and had an awesome experience from start to finish. Chris was really knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, and the whole team made everything super easy.

Haven't been on a motorcycle for a very long time. Indebted to Phoenix's excellent team of instructors, for identifying my immediate areas requiring improvement & for giving me a safe environment & an opportunity to build in confidence & hopefully skill. Chris and Jorge at the Bath training centre were both great.
All the training, from CBT to MOD 1 & 2, was conducted at an easy and enjoyable pace, with both instructors providing terrific encouragement and experience along the way.

I booked a Try Ride and travelled an hour down to Bath to take part in it and I had Chris as my instructor and as someone with social anxiety and currently learning to drive a car, test booked for May, riding a bike was an ease to me and Chris was beyond friendly and explained things to me perfectly.
As someone who learns visually, he took me and another person through things step by step and he was just really helpful and praised me when I did well which upped my confidence massively.
If I am able to do my CBT as per my parents allowing me to, I will definitely be booking in Bath again and will probably ask for Chris too.

Just done my mod1 and mod2 with phoenix and passed 1st time thanks to my instructor chris, chris is very good at delivering the training needed and doesn't stop until your right! I can't thank him enough for everything!

The training given could be more professional and the motorbikes could be in better condition even if they are training bikes.

Great support from people who really want to make sure you're successful.

His teaching style was clear, engaging, and made everything feel effortless. Honestly, it felt less like a test and more like a day out with a great mentor. If you’re looking for someone who can make learning an absolute joy, he’s the one!

Yeah on that day the instructor made my day, they try the best to prepare me well to hit the road because I know how to drive that I have the international license but a little bit nervous 👍🏻

Great team at Phoenix, I did my cbt through to my full A license with them. Chris made me feel at ease being on the roads and with training exercises on the tarmac.

Chris the instructor did a great job on our CBT training course. He was cheerful and friendly and very knowledgeable.
His communication whilst out riding in traffic later in the day was excellent, very detailed on what we should be looking out for and how to approach hazards.
