After eight months of rugged use the Velcro needed to be replaced. It was easy to order, good value and arrived quickly. Amazingly nice people then helped me when the tracker fell off and was damaged. They sent a new tracker by return and talked through the set up. I cannot praise them highly enough. They even have humans to answer the phone without holding time or multiple options!

Would certainly purchase again. Withstands the daily wear and tear of 1 Labrador and 2 spaniels who for some reason insist on rummaging in the undergrowth or wallowing in the muddiest water in the vicinity or simply rolling in either fox/badger muck all of which has to undergo the mundane insult of a shower. Why do these canines love the dirtiest of water but hate a hosepipe. Anyway the velcro still survives.
