So far Polygon has lifted my damaged floor, taken four days to remove the large pile of debris from the front garden and then taken a week to notify my insurance company that more work needs to be done before they can continue. Leaving me with no downstairs floor and no progress for a week. very annoyed about the wasted time.

Arrived on schedule, identified leak and submitted report to use for insurers just as advertised/promised.Oliver, the technician, even tolerated my chihuahua! Very happy with excellent service.

Gave good advice upon first contact.
Then when contracted they arrived on time and found the water leak quickly.
Done and dusted in 2 hours, an excellent job.

This company came to my flat to do listing from my contens damage so finally they listing so wrong they left 60 items very expensive items and they didn't pout in the list I don't know why and they but different brand to the list I wasn't happy and I was upset because of that and very very poor service they never respond to my complaint I made.very bad company believe me.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company was employed in May by my insurer to assess our contents damage after a leak. As of October they still have not done so and after many e-mails have still not told me why not. They are giving me the complete run-around presumably to cover up for some incompetence on their part. Their so-called customer service dept. is absolutely awful. This company's customer service must be the worst in Britain, rivalled only by BT.

Manny was professional and worked hard for the whole day trying to find a leak. Drained my boiler and bleed my radiators. No leak and boiler now working! I am very happy.

Great service, polite and professional from phoning and booking a leak detection test through to the final report given. We had a problem with the isolation switch on the toilet when the actual test was being done, but Polygon were helpful and fitted a new isolation switch so the gas leak detection test could be performed safely and the work carried out. Thank you.

I agreed a date for Polygon/UK Leak Detection to carry out a test and works. They asked to change the original date and I agreed. I took the morning off work on the new date but they didn't turn up. When I chased them I was told there was nothing they could do and I would have to wait anther month for someone to come out. Extremely frustrated and disappointed at the lack of basic administration. Despite the sales pitch, their reliability is clearly to be questioned

The technician who attended our property was friendly and polite.
He explained his actions, gave advice on how to proceed once the problem was identified to ensure the best outcome and delivered the report very promptly.
I would highly recommend this company to any one with similar concerns.

System still being worked on but polygon has already found one leak and is looking for others to make sure system is water tight.

This lot seem to be hopeless.appointed by the loss adjuster as the restauration company after flood damage they have been very reluctant to focus on the customer.they first sent a surveyor round who was from the midlands and whose main concern was the London traffic he had had to deal with.just pinning him down over arrival time was a large task.he left 2 dehumidifiers of which one was faulty.when that was replaced it too broke down and since then the other one has broken and now I have 2 useless dehumidifiers they are refusing to pick up.on contacting their office to find out when they could carry out a drying service they then insisted they had no record of who I was and insisted I stay on hold while they tried to find someone who might know!although they were not appointed by me. directly my experience of them would not encourage me to recommend them in any way whatsoever..

Found the company to be both professional and efficient

Luke did all the testing and found the source of the leak, which has been undetectable before this because it was under the shower tray. It is a huge relief as I had just been getting ready to redecorate the hall ceiling after having the shower unit checked and the water tiles taken down to introduce a waterproof membrane, and retile and all appeared OK. Just in time the leak reappeared and Luke found it with his equipment. Thank you Luke and also for leaving the room in the condition you found it. Good job!

Extremely professional service with minimal disruption (in fact none).
Years of topping up the pressure on system and told numerous times by a well known company there wasn’t a problem with boiler.
Had an independent local firm to have a look who recommended Polygon. Matt arrived and soon detected it was the boiler that was causing pressure loss and not pipes! He was here for hours and was nothing but professional and pleasant.
Can honestly say would recommend this company wholeheartedly!

Very happy with service. Engineer was kind, honest and rather than them taking the full £800 for a full survey and report, as there were no issues, they changed the visit to a leak detection only and refunded a substantial amount back to my mum, which she was very pleased about. Would definitely recommend them!
