Hello.well i was scrolling on UTUBe and I seen the commercial about the clip-on veneers I couldn't go to the dentist at the time my husband had a massive heart attack in front of me so I couldn't afford it I I became a widow and I couldn't afford to go anymore back to the dentist so as I was scrolling on YouTube and I seen it the commercial and I just couldn't resist I just had I couldn't afford those so I jumped on it I am so excited to get my hands on and I can't wait until they come so I can try them on and when I do I'm going to take a picture of myself and send it as well this is a godsend because dentists are so expensive now and a lot of people can't afford it like me so this is so exciting I can't wait until my box come to my door it's going to change my life forever😊

They will steal your money and find ever excuse necessary to do so. Terrible customer service.

They look great, I can smile again. The fit is good but the rough edges are cutting my tounge and upper lip. So I used a fine grit nail file and cleaned up the rough edges so no more pain.

My package was delivered to the wrong house. Customer service was amazing and sent me the picture which I was able to identify it was delivered to a different address. She was amazing and reordered my kit to be sent to me right away. Her kindness and service was superb. Thank you!

What made this experience great is that I received product in a timely matter

It took awhile to get my veneers wore them for about a week and they broke , top veneers broke into three pieces and because I’ve had them for over thirty days I’m pretty much screwed . For the amount of money I paid for these veneers they should last more than a fricken month . Very disappointed in your company and your product . Would not refer to anyone to pay that kind of money only for the product to break within the first month of having them . Don’t waste your money !!

I was skeptical of course. But I wanted to try them & see what I think. Now I admit I haven’t received the actual vaneer’s yet, but this should tell people who are interested in these, this company gets an A+ for merely responding w/emails. I mistakenly dropped off my molds at a UPS drop off location.
A few days later, I received an email offering a discount if I send a video showing my new vaneers. I responded to the email saying that I would be glad to send a video when I receive them. He replied & asked for my order number & said they had not received my molds as of yet. That scared me because I did 3 molds (not fun, doesn’t hurt but the molds really firm up in your mouth) but I know the cost of these & it had been 2 weeks. So I was expecting them in my mail. Come to find out, they needed to be Fed Ex’d back! Luckily I was able to contact where I dropped the box w/my molds & get them to Fed Ex. The representative at Pop up Vaneers was willing to send me another kit & responded back to me at every turn.
They got their money, so if they were a true scam, they wouldn’t reply, they’d avoid any contact. That was not the case. So far… I’m very impressed just with their customer support!

I'm having trouble making a good cast of my teeth. I don't know why.

This BAD company went ahead and charged full price and not payments. I told them I would not be able to do that. They had me add my credit cards to my PayPal. They did not accept either one of my credit cards so I told them I could not purchase. The full charge went through my bank account anyway. In the mean time I had ordered from another company that did accept my credit card. I found out with in hours that they received full payment out of my bank account. I called early in the morning to cancel. I filed a cancelation through PayPal because they would not accept my cancelation and now they still will not refund and went ahead anyway and sent the kit. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH POP ON. They somehow via phone order were able to do a full charge on bank account. They say payments available but don’t take credit cards even though they say they do. They got me to enter 2 new credit cards to PayPal to try to complete the order but once those credit cards did not work they went ahead with the order anyway against my wishes. All via the phone. Offered me $25 off if I continued my order. I refused that offer and have been begging them for over 24 hours to cancel my order and still getting no where. My bank account will have fees for the problems they caused. They don’t care. They wanted $50 to cancel my order as well. VERY VERY BAD BUSINESS. I went with Shiny Smile instead and they accepted my credit card with no problem. Just bad bad business and can’t understand anyone you speak with.

Their willing to work with you through every step even staying with you making sure all is OK. Staff is respectful and willing to please regardless of the time it takes.
It’s difficult to have a novice make an impression and the tech make your laminates perfect.
My first set came close but I already knew I needed the larger mold. I have faith in these people only because they enjoy their job and when you’re happy they’re happy as well. For the money it’s a great chance to smile with confidence.

So only ordered top, started payment plan during holiday special. Made payments for top veener. Received mold x3 completed sent immediately back. And then when reaching out in communication found out I have now have to pay for topband bottom and now pay $900 + I have already paid. And honestly this was very much needed by this coming weekend for wedding and now I just have nothing.
