Paid for Tv and couldn’t get it home.
I ordered a big TV and we couldn’t take it by our car because it is very big. Staff couldn’t order delivery, which costs 799 kr, and said to come the next day. Later it turned out that they have a trailer from the shop which you can rent for free to get your things home, but nobody told us about it at first. That is why we returned our order and decided to order in another shop at the same price with free home delivery. Very sad staff didn’t help us to get the TV home.
