Terrible. Tried to collect a gift card from a colleague. Wouldn’t let me.
Prezzee has my phone number linked to a random account. Cannt talk to a human. They won’t acknowledge me to call & discuss.
The robot then gave me access to someone else’s account. I can now see & access their current gift cards. Disgraceful system. Poor security
