Still getting emails to review parts not received ....gone past the delivery date . Told by prima a different dispatch date than the one in the notification email I received. Also told would be delivered by Friday just gone as "Ferndale" had 10 days from collection .....I give up I really do. I could order from Temu ....and get items faster from the other side of the world. Prima , you've reached out to me once , and still failed on promises. If my parts aren't here this week I'll set a charge back to my bank card. I know some of you , like me , have no choice where to get your bailey parts from , but avoid this place if you can. It certainly shows that bailey aftercare is failing miserably and I wouldn't buy another bailey caravan based on this experience.
