As posted, although the photograph misleading as looks white, the description in the product information does say its black which is what was required and it was well packaged as it is fragile. The Evri driver went above and beyond as we had the item defined to a pick-up point. The post office refused to take the delivery despite checking with them to ensure they would take delivery, the driver phoned and made sure we received it - very pleased.
Needed this product due to a fault
As I said previously the item I ordered is exactly like the picture and in black. The A frame cover I received is different to the picture in your Trustpilot email in that the slot for the caravan's hand brake is at the front (i.e. the tow hitch end) of the A frame cover (i.e. identical to the picture I have enclosed) which makes it impossible to fit. I ordered the right product, Prima Leisure sent me the wrong product. Now I have to incur costs to return it as I don't have the cardboard box and have to pay postage. It would really help if you sent me the right product then I can use that cardboard, if it's undamaged, to return the original product as I am struggling to find a supplier in Nottingham who sells a suitable size cardboard box. I will return the wrong product immediately after receiving the correct product
