I had an awful experience. I re-ordered buttons from last year for a reunion event this year. It was to be the exact same product, but the buttons came back with a different color (light blue versus dark grey) that I couldn't use. It was too close to the event to reprint the buttons, so I was asked to recycle the buttons and receive a refund. A refund was the best they could do, and I understand that mistakes happen. In fact, last years experience was five stars (price, quality, service). Unfortunately, this year missed the mark and left me without buttons for an important event.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear you had a poor experience with us this year. I looked at your order history and I'm not sure how a drastic color shift could have happened since we are using the same print files and printer as last time. I will investigate further to better understand what might have happened so we can fix it for future orders.
