I’m not happy with my buttons, unfortunately, but I’m not sending them back. I followed the directions and landed the picture in the “safe zone” however it wasn’t safe enough and I feel like my son’s head/face is contorted. I’m shocked you don’t have someone proofing them before you make them. Good quality buttons but I’m unhappy with the picture

Hi Marcy, I'm sorry to hear you aren't happy with the picture. Unfortunately when the online customizer tool is used our team is instructed to print them as submitted for the most part unless they spot a spelling error. Many people submit photos skewed to fit the product and we just have to print as requested. If you'd like to adjust and print a new version we can offer a deep discount on a reprint.
