Keep getting email asking me to review. Yet I still have not received it. USPS lost the package - after I spent hours on the phone to find that out. The tracking number was attached to the container- still showing repeatedly bouncing among the same cities. USPS sent me email instructing me to contact vendor for refund. I then informed purebuttons hoping they could send the replacement (that was ordered on Dec 5 for Christmas). I am still told to keep waiting and keep checking the tracking number. No help. This was my second order (trying to support small business) and would be the last time.

Hello, apologies for the delayed response to this review. It appears that your order was delivered the same day this review was left, so I hope the product was satisfactory in the end. Unfortunately for some of our customers during the holiday season, USPS has been very unreliable this year. We have made plans to only offer UPS in future Decembers for this reason. Very sorry you experienced shipping delays and I hope you won't hold it against us in the future, thank you!
The quality of the coasters was even better than I expected; while certain elements of the print quality weren't as sharp as I'd have liked, the overall print was very nicely done.

They look nice, but don't provide a flat surface for drinks like regular coasters do.

The shipping time is amazing, I had them the same week. They look great and are more unique than standard coasters.
