The mattress is a little bigger than I expected my last king size mattress left a small gap inside the wooden frame of my bed however this one fits very tightly The mattress is very comfortable and the addition of the crib 3 waterproof cover gives me piece of mind that the mattress will stay clean in the event of any incontinence. I do have 2 downsides to the mattress when having the crib 3 cover on it. 1) there are no handles on the mattress to help with moving it or lifting the mattress to put bed sheets on and 2) there are no markings on the crib 3 cover so it’s difficult to know which way is the top and which is the underside to make sure we had it the right way round we opened the cover and compared the colour of the foam sections with the picture on the website.

This is literally like sleeping on a concrete slab and the weight of these mattresses are absolutely ridiculous

This mattress is specifically designed to provide an extra-firm level of support for bariatric users, so we appreciate that it won't suit everyone's comfort preferences. Due to the high-density materials and reinforced construction used to achieve its strength and durability, it is also considerably heavier than a standard mattress. Very firm and supportive. A little expensive - but, quality comes at a price. It is very comfortable, though a stark contrast to it's aged predecessor, which has required adjustment on my part!
