Zach Beare was very thorough and communicative throughout the process. He was open and honest when he had to research a state specific concern regarding non-compete clauses and portions of my existing contract that were negotiable vs non-negotiable and not worth the fight for lack of a better term. I do intend to use this service for my next employment contract as this service including my introduction call and then speaking with him as my attorney were all excellent experiences. The cost may seem high for new grads but I would highly suggest utilizing this service prior to signing your first contract as the cost on the back end can be quite high when you got trapped. Better to ensure you sign a good contract instead of digging out of a bad one. His work, advice and separation agreement he drafted as well as the additional time spent with my employers attorney saved me 10s of thousands of dollars on leaving before the contracts expiration date.

Scott was my contract attorney and was very available to me. I felt like he did a wonderful job in advising and editing the contract. He was also very flexible in finding what I wanted.

I am a Psychiatrist, and had two pending job offers, so I decided to go with the Premium option which allowed for the review of two contracts. Skylar, the contract attorney, was great in helping assist me with both of them.

Our initial call was helpful in going over the most important things that I wanted covered after looking at the preliminary AI review and its suggested changes. I was on a time crunch and Skylar was very kind in granting me an expediting redlining of the contract and getting it back to me super quickly (same day). The changes I made helped uncover some things with the initial job offer that led to me realizing that it was not a company that I would be happy working with in the long run. Skylar was then able to redline the second contract for me which was accepted without any issues and I am now very pleased with the outcome.

The other features with Resolve: the MGMA data, and benefits reviews where also very helpful. Keaton, the benefits reviewer, was super informative and answered all of my questions as well.

I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a quality contract and benefits review including ongoing negotiations as needed. I would definitely use Resolve for myself again if I need to, but hopefully that will not be the case. ;)

Brady was my attorney. Was very impressed. He did a great job and the Standard package was a great deal. I don't think you can expect miracles with negotiations because there is always the other side (eg, Employer) who has their own strong stances but Brady did well in helping me figure out the semantics and knowing where to push and where to give to finish on fair and amicable terms with my future co-workers.

This is my second contract with Resolve. I had a great experience with Bryce. I found him knowledgable, made great suggestions, was always guiding me and providing options on getting terms in my favor. I would give him a 10/10, and most impressive, is he responded pretty quickly. Wouldnt hesitate to do my third contract with them in the future.

VERY NICE EXPERIENCE! Bryce was very professional, and helped me during the entire process of the contract negotiations. Without him I won’t even notice some of the important details in the contract. They also have a good platform where I can compare my contract, get a good idea of my position. The benefits reviewing service is also nice as I got an idea what should be expected. Overall I am very satisfied, and Bryce handles my negotiations very well. I will come back to him next time for sure!
