I cannot thank Marc and Michelle enough. From the moment they took my wonderful Dad, Gwyn Davies, into their care until they brought him back home, their care and compassion was beyond everything mum and I could ever have asked for.
The service at Coychurch on April 30th was just so beautiful, made all the more personal by the Rev Steven Pare. We are so grateful to Riverside, and couldn't have asked for better for my Dad .

From the initial contact with Riverside and then from the initial meeting of the family with Marc and his continued support, patience, empathy and compassion, we cannot sing Riverside's and especially Marc's praises loudly enough. Marc kept in touch with us at every stage and helped us to arrange a beautiful service for our Mam. Riverside also provided their services for our late stepdad several years ago, so we knew that they were going to get a lovely, compassionate service. Thank you Marc and Riverside.

From the initial phone call to Michelle, her, Marc and the team guided us through the process of burying my husband with compassion, empathy and respectfulness. Highly professional, they also provide that personal care that is so needed and appreciated. Communication was first class and everything was done with complete sensitivity. Would highly recommend.
