Rigtig dårlig service

Rigtig dårlig service

Jeg havde købt en nakkekrave for 14 dage siden og har stadigvæk ikke modtaget den, men pengene er trukket. Jeg kontaktede kundeservice, og hun sagde at de havde jo sendt pakken afsted og nu var det ikke længere deres ansvar, men mit ansvar for at finde ud af hvor min pakke er blevet af. Jeg har aldrig oplevet lignende før. Efter denne oplevelse vil jeg ikke anbefalde Rygstøtten til nogen og aldrig shoppe her igen. Hold jer lang væk!

Fantastisk service!

Fantastisk service!

I løbet af en telefonsamtale og overførsel af et lille ekstra beløb havde Ann Jette ordnet, at min rygstøtte bliver sendt hjem til mig i st f til pakkeshop.
Glæder mig til at modtage den!
