He was also very good with the PC build, I was allowed to be present during the build as well. His nature as well was very helpful, as I kept asking questions, wanted 2 OS installations and even minor changes I wanted in the Build. Really good service

I am extremely disappointed with this experience.
I never received my phone, and I have also not received my refund. It has now been 2months with absolutely nothing resolved.
Despite multiple messages via Instagram DM and email, all I get are generic apologies and requests for patience, but no concrete solution is ever provided.
Three months is far too long to wait without either the product or my money.
This has been a very frustrating and unacceptable experience, and I would not recommend based on the lack of proper resolution and follow-through.😞😞😞

I signed up because your site promised Free Shipping. My order is over $160, yet you are charging $25.20 for shipping at checkout.
No shipping company charges this much from the UAE to Bahrain. Other platforms like Noon ship to Bahrain for only $8 (3 BHD), and it's free for orders over $133 (50 BHD). Since my order is over $160, there is no excuse for this charge.
This feels like a scam, especially that this problem was mentioned before and you said you would solve it. I expect you to be professional and keep your word.

Don’t be fooled by the nice response here claiming they will make it all right; remain very vigilent and check EVERYTHING within 24 hours, here is what I got as a response from them after a day since contacting them on instagram DM as they instructed, I’m copy pasting it, it is exactly the same:
“Hi Ali,
Thank you for sharing your order details.
We have reviewed your case, and we can see that your order was delivered on April 2nd, while the return request was submitted on April 10th. As per our policy, any issues must be reported within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
We sincerely apologize, but due to this timeframe being exceeded, we are unable to proceed with the return request. Our team has also sent you an email previously explaining this.
We understand your frustration and truly appreciate your understanding.
Best regards,
Microless Team”
I wanted to wait until I have an official response from microless to have a proper rating.. so what happened is, I ordered a triple monitor free standing mount, it has been shipped and arrived within the promised time, no issues. I had to wait a few days to assemble it since I was waiting for my monitor (which I also ordered from microless, no issues with that one) and when I opened the package, the box wasn’t even sealed, the metal pieces were floating around and all scratched up, and there was no instruction manual, all the tools were mixed up there was a bag of screws missing and the small tyres were clearly used.
The whole setup was definitely open, assembled, disassembled and returned even some of the screws were stripped and lug marks were all over the installable parts. Now I do the normal thing and open a warranty claim with pictures. I was basically saying that the mount is not new, it was sold to me as new where as at least it should’ve been flagged as used. The response from microless 2 days after was disgusting, they did not apologize for not checking the package before sending it, they did not offer compensation or anything of that source whereas any decent supplier would’ve offered a free return, they responded and I quote:
“As per our order records, the item was delivered on 02.04.2026. Kindly note that as per our returns policy, any issues related to missing parts, packaging condition, or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Since this timeframe has already passed, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept a return or proceed with a replacement for this case. The complaint window has expired as per policy.”
Again I want to emphasize, my issue here is that they sold me a used, returned, nor properly checked item as new, and they completely dismissed my request as if I wasn’t entitled because I did not open the box on the day of delivery, this is more of fraud than bad service) and I will be opening a case with local and uae consumer protection platforms with all the details and update my review afterwards.
So future buyers, please beware of this outrageous policy of microless and don’t order or when you have to, make sure you check everything and just in case open a support request within the first day even if everything is fine just in case :)
Shame on you microless, never ordering from them again (For anyone who doubts this, please reach out to me and I can show you all my receipts, my damaged items and my communication with microless).

There’s only good things i can say about this company. I order a moza bundle from them, not only was delivery SAME DAY which already shocked me but they provide constant updates about your package which is just amazing compared to the other electronic shops in the uae.
The box was also protected amazingly with not even a scratch on the cardboard.
I will 100% be shopping with them again

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Microless.
In March, I purchased a GoPro Hero 13 camera from them using my daughter’s cash prize money. She had saved that money and chose to spend it on a quality camera for a special one-week trip, so this was a meaningful purchase for her.
Unfortunately, the experience was a complete disaster from the start. Shortly after she arrived on the island, the charging cable broke. Then, the very first time she used the camera underwater while snorkelling, the camera repeatedly beeped with a message saying something along the lines of “eject SD card.” After that, the camera stopped working entirely.
When she returned home, we tried charging it using reliable Type-C chargers, but nothing made any difference. The camera would not turn on at all.
I purchased this item with a warranty, so while I understand that technical faults can happen with any product, what is truly unacceptable is the complete lack of customer support from Microless. I emailed them to explain the situation and seek assistance, but received no reply at all. No acknowledgement, no guidance, no attempt to help.
That level of after-sales service is deeply disappointing, especially when a customer has spent a significant amount of money and is simply asking for support with a faulty product.
In my view, Microless does not deserve even one star based on this experience. I will continue sharing my honest review on every relevant platform until they finally respond and take responsibility.
On a positive note, I want to give full credit to the GoPro support team. Their response was fast, efficient, professional, and genuinely sympathetic. They showed the level of customer care that Microless completely failed to provide.
