Got my bronze icon 2 and Vincent was really helpful in each and every stage of delivery . He was very patient to all my queries . Took around 7 days for delivery and everything was smooth .the watch is just beautiful

I purchased a watch (Seagull 1963 | 40mm | Moonphase Cream Dial), a 10 year warranty and a Mesh Steel Strap. 3 months after purchasing the watch, it stopped ticking. Even after winding, it would not last more than 2 hours. I purchased a 10 year warranty for issues like this. The company has ignored all my emails to repair or replace the watch. They have since made false claims on Trust Pilot about responding. I have proof of their no response. They do not have proof of response. I do not recommend buying anything from this company and have reported them to Trust Pilot for platform misuse.

I would like to praise Seagull 1963 for their excellent and professional delivery. The quality of the watch is outstanding and fully meets my expectations.
In the first shipment, they unfortunately forgot to include the leather case. After I sent them an email to point this out, they responded quickly and, within a reasonable time, sent the leather case without any complications.
The overall communication and cooperation were at a very high and professional level. For that reason, I gladly recommend them to anyone who appreciates these watches, and I would like to express my complete satisfaction with the entire purchasing experience.

I waited six months before writing a review of Seagull.
When I purchased the limited edition Pilot Legacy Chrono Moonphase, I noticed a possible production issue with my watch, as the inside of the case lugs wasn't polished to a perfect finish.
I returned my watch for inspection and was informed that all the watches were identical and that this wasn't a unique defect. While the watch itself is superb, from the dial and movement to the overall quality, this is a detail Seagull should correct for future production.
Mr. Vincent has always been attentive to my requests and has always responded courteously.
Today, a solution has been found, and I appreciate this service.
This demonstrates that Seagull understands customer concerns, resolves conflicts, and finds solutions that benefit the customer. Mr. Vincent received photos from me of my private collection and I think Seagull can be proud that amateur and passionate customers like myself and those who bought this same model, place this watch in their collection.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I received my Seagull watch two weeks ago, but the leather pouch was missing from the box. I have reached out multiple times through official channels with no response. I now want to return the watch, but I am approaching the 14-day limit and cannot get anyone to authorize the return or acknowledge the missing items. Please contact me immediately to resolve this.

Do not buy from this company, customer service appalling.
I ordered the Icon 11, it arrived and broke after two days. I got in touch with them and explained the situation which they excepted.
Now the watch comes with a 14 day exchange or refund, I asked for a exchange to be sent out, but they said they were going to send me a
Returns label for the watch to be repaired which I have not received yet.
This is nearly a month ago now. I have now come to the conclusion that they are not interested in helping you if a problem arises.

I sent them an email and cancelled the order on Sunday. On Wednesday I received a shipment from them. It was supposed to contain the watch, a free watch case and a leather box I bought from them. It contained only the leather box even though the email from them said that all three items were supposed to be in the shipment.
They have ignored my cancellation email and I have not heard a word from them. I will report them to my credit card company if they do not refund within 24 hours.
Buyer beware. I should not have listened to all those YouTubers praising this company.
*Update*
They did finally refund. It took a long time to get in touch with the company. Only after I left them one star that they contacted me. I am going to change the review to two stars, but my buyer beware warning still stands.
