Watch videos for optimal results
I just wish everything you need was explained up front without all the extra videos. Takes too long for the checkout process. I have been taking care of my skin long enough to understand the benefit of everything you need to ensure optimal results.

Buyer Beware!
Be careful when ordering from their website. You will sign up for a subscription without even knowing it. When you are on a screen, the only way to move forward is to actually select an item to order which I did, thinking I would be able to modify my shopping cart at the end and confirm my order. It actually orders the item and I had a an orders for close to $300 that I didn’t want. And somehow I ended up with a subscription I never signed up for.
Customer service is horrible. First I was told to go to the subscription portal to modify my subscription, but I never signed up for one so there was nothing there! I was then told that everything was canceled and the next thing I know I have a shipping confirmation. Their website is very sneaky and their customer service doesn’t respond, and if they do respond, I am told how sorry they are and they’re sending it over to another team to review.
If you are thinking of ordering - Don’t!

Multi-layer Microneedling Advertising Pressure
I like the idea of microneedling. I've heard positive things about it. And once I committed to this purchase, I felt encouraged that I was trying to do something positive for my skin. But the continued "If you really want to have success" pressure videos with the next thing I "need" for "truly successful results" sent warning bells in my mind that I'm being sucked in to a gimmick. This is NOT a reassuring way to do business.
Don't tell me at the beginning that microneedling is going to give me great results and then repeatedly hit me with the NEXT product I HAVE to buy to ensure great results.
Either stand behind the WHOLE thing and offer it ALL together in one video, or be honest in the 1st video that microneedling is only 60-70% of the total possible results.
The repeated "Now you need this" videos are tacky, tasteless, and low class.
Women are intelligent. You just need to tell us that "there's a 4-fold approach to rejuvenating your skin. Cleansing before you start with the right cleaser, the microneedling of skin combined with the special treatment of the delicate areas around the eyes, the use of a specially designed moisturizer for microneedled skin, and the protection of rejuvenating skin through the use of SPF designed for microneedled skin. This 4 fold approach targets the preparation, active rejuvenation, moisturizing, and protection of your rejuvenating skin. Because your success is our success. And we long to see you put your best face forward as both your skin and confidence are renewed."
Don't nickel-dime me from video to video, causing me to question YOUR integrity. Be proud of your product and not ashamed of the price. Unless there is wiggle room to not have to charge so much.
Now all this said... you can be sure that I will take regular pictures, in the same mirror, hopefully same time of day, through the first 165-170 days. If the promised dramatic difference isn't there, I will most definitely be calling you, especially having invested in each additional gimmick video that you made me sit through just to get to the end of purchase.
There's got to be a better way to promote your product.

Great product very pleased
