Great product for applying SmartSeal onto tarmac.
Broke while instillation, did send pic and called to let customer service know but no response still.
This made the application of sealer to the patio slabs very easy
Works well and helps speed up application. Previous comments about the handle requiring a bit of work to fit the roller frame are fair but it's a fairly straightforward job and ensures a tight fit. The scuttle cleaned up easily with water after finishing the job and will be useful for any subsequent coats required.
Excellent items exactly what you need to go with the sealer
Easy to apply the sealer
The scuttle was very useful. The roller was larger than conventional paint rollers which I have used in the past. Because of the design you cannot roll right to the edges of the driveway. Having a conventional roller on hand helped but I mainly used a paintbrush to do the edges of the driveway where there was a wall or raised edging.
I have not used it yet
Nice quality roller and the scuttle holds a fair quantity of sealer. The base of the sealer is rounded which helps pick up when the sealer is low
Bit tricky to attach the handle to the roller but worked a dream once it was pieced together.
All good, as described
I’ve not used the items yet
Did the job needed
Easy to use and works well!
Makes applying the sealer easy
The roller has a screw in handle fitting and the handle supplied did not making it useless. Fortunately I had a brush with a screw fitting handle which I had to use. I now have a wooden ha due I will probably never use.
Made the job so easy, thank you
The product is fine to use simple and straight forward however, when I tried to assemble the roller into its bracket it proved difficult due to the pin that held the roller bracket together. I found it difficult to remove the pin, insert the roller and then try to re-insert the pin. The second issue was the wooden broom handle. It didn’t fit into the neck (holder) of the roller. I didn’t have the right tools at home but I had to pair (shave) off the handle so it could fit into the holder. It added a lot of time into my busy schedule. Why didn’t it just slot right in, and then secure with a nail (like standard with any broom) I have no idea. Finally a few times I had to press the roller down firmly (without rolling the roller) so sealant could seep into the grooves of the block paving.
Perfect for the job
