Bought a pair of shoelaces, didn't get a confirmation email with the order or payment, but when I got in touch with them, I received an answer right away, and by coincidence, got my shoelaces that same day.
I'm very happy with my purchase and if I need shoelaces in the future I will definitely buy from them
