Everything was good until the order was…

Everything was good until the order was placed. Sasan helped us out for hours and was very attentive 10/10. Ended up paying an additional £350 to change the colour of the sofa’s which had NOT gone into production. Then when I said il just cancel and order again, I was told that I’m not allowed to cancel and I MUST take delivery of my order. It’s a shame because everything was all good until companies feel they can say what they want to get their way. I’m fine I gave the £350 anyways but you will also get your well deserved 1 star 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

Saif ullah is an amazing representative

Flawless experience start to finish. Saif ullah looked after me and my family made us feel welcome to the store. He went ahead and gave strong recommendations on certain selections and also assisted me in purchasing a footstool on the show floor.
I definitely recommend paying a visit to Sofology Brent cross you will not be disappointed.

What I was looking for

On visit to Sofolog found exactly the sofa I was looking for, although first seeing sofas online nothing compares to seeing and trying out sofas. Staff very helpful and good at answering my questions. Price and quality of goods excellent. Great service.
