Checked online then went instore to view the sofa's, glad I did as it made a difference seeing the materials and style choices. We had a fantastic experience at the Sofology store in Cannock, Liz was absolutely brilliant — so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, and she really took the time to explain everything to us without any pressure. We also had our child with us, and Liz was so understanding and welcoming, which made the whole experience much more relaxed and enjoyable. We felt genuinely looked after from start to finish and couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend Sofology Cannock, and especially Liz!

I bought the Benz sofa, a 3 seater and 2 seater with heated seats in one sofa. When it arrived the heated seat wasn’t working at all but that got sorted out about 6 weeks later. Before that was sorted, about a month after having the sofa I noticed both seats on the 3 seater had really sank down where we sat. When the technician came out to mend the heated seat he looked at the seats and said it was because the seats were so wide and to sit elsewhere on them and also plump them up each time we’ve sat on them. We’ve done this for a couple of months and it’s made no difference, plus after spending over £4000 on the sofas why should we have to sit in the middle of it and keep trying to plump it up, we should be able to sit where we want. I understand a slight dip after time but after a month?? I’d never had this with my old La-z-boy sofas and they were exactly the same size and we’d had them over 10 years. I’ve just been told by sofology it’s normal, it happens over time (1 month??) and there’s nothing they can do about it. It looks terrible with big dips each side and obviously is not comfortable. I paid for a high end sofa and I’ve had what feels like a very cheap sofa which isn’t fit for purpose with no customer service whatsoever.

We walked into the Cannock Sofology branch knowing we needed a sofa and chair but weren’t sure what style, material or colour to go for.
