Very good personal service from second you walk in the door. Our sales person Darragh was very knowledgeable and helpful during both our visits. The quality of the sofas are so much higher than other stores.

He took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all my questions with patience, and made the whole process of choosing my new sofa exciting and enjoyable.

It’s rare to come across someone who makes buying furniture feel effortless and fun, but Matt did exactly that. I couldn’t be happier with my experience, highly recommend asking for Matt if you’re visiting this store!

I found matt who was helping us extremely helpful, phoning other stores as we liked a reduced to clear item, very helpful in fabrics but not to the point of being pushy which we liked, also which I assumed to be the manager was also helping she came over and put our minds at ease over certain questions

Lovely friendly staff, very helpful

Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. There was no constant pressure from them while looking around and when we were ready to buy it was an easy and simple procedure.

Darragh was so good with helping us in making our decision. He sat down with my husband and I and discussed what it was we were looking for. We loved the Bailey range but had seen a couple more sofas that we also liked and didn’t want to rush into a decision. He wasn’t overly pushy and gave us space when we needed it. As the Bailey range was as slightly over our budget, Darragh went over and above to grant us free delivery. He was so friendly and really took his time with us to ensure we made the right decision and were comfortable with it.
