Lots of choice available in store. Easy buying process. Friendly staff and very welcoming.

We came late on a evening and I approached a random staff member who was actually the manager and asked him to help with some questions on a sofa, He was just leaving but did help us with a sofa and came upstairs to answer our questions and his personality and willing to help was recognised and he seemed a great guy. his colleague then came upstairs to take over as the manager was already 3 hours late from going home which was totally fine and from this moment we were greeted with a horrific strong smell of “cigarette “ from the other staff member. our buying decision went from a 10-0 in literally seconds and me and my husband looked at each other and said we would leave it for today.
Presentation in sales is everything ( we both do sales) and if you smoke be mindful others don’t and make sure you have gum and fragrance ready to freshen up. A non smoker does not want to sit there for 45minutes inhaling your smell whilst doing paperwork.
We went back to the shop to relook at the sofa choices and was greeted by a gentleman called Mikel - polite, smart and presented himself well. We left the store not buying as we wanted to check with a competitor store to make our final choice and will purchase off Mikel if we choose this sofa.
When you’re in sales you ARE the face of that brand and never underestimate hygiene, personality and appearance is everything. People buy off people…..

He a was very helpful with information about the sofa I was interested in. In the store it was short staffed and Hema made eye contact with us even while serving another customer although she was coming to the end of the consultation.
I decided to buy the sofa and Hema took us through the service easily and swiftly.

Matthew in Milton Keynes was amazing tactful and attentive. Excellent services provided.

Linda was amazing. We told her what we wanted and she helped in an amazing way

I spoke to a lovely lady who helped me with my purchase of 2 leather Swivel chairs.
I chose the colour from the samples displayed.
She explained in great detail about the insurance offered and the leather care kit, which l decided to purchase both.
She was very helpful and patiently went through the information with me.

We are pleased with the service we got at the store and a great deal we recieved on a sofa. One of the worker was very nice to us and made things easy.

We found our experience very relaxing, with Malik,the gentleman who helped us with the descion,and purchasing of our corner sofa.
Malic was able to answer all our questions, and was very patient as I couldn't decide which sofa,but my husband had already done his research, and I wanted to make sure it was going to fit well ,in our new conservatory, Malik was very reassuring ,and explained the next process of delivery,which is exciting.
