Both Laura and Mark at Norwich Sofology were exceptionally helpful, and genuinely nice people as well. Five star customer service, thank you both for your help.

What made our experience fabulous was the staff. All were so helpful and supportive and friendly especially Lauren ( Norwich store) who served us and guided us through the process of buying. We cannot express highly enough that Lauren never once pushed us or used any hard sell pressure on us to make a decision or purchase. She was a breath of fresh air and her approach was instrumental in our decision to purchase. It’s so refreshing to feel comfortable and relaxed when looking for something that would appeal to us. She explained everything about the different sofas and had deep knowledge of what would fit / suit our house.

Wayne was great, very helpful and knowledgeable. Looking forward to receiving new sofa!

Mel was so pleasant to deal with. He made me feel welcome in the store without being pushy. He answered all my questions and treated me with the upmost respect, which meant a lot to me as this was my first ever large purchase and I was so tempted to just do it online. I’m glad I saw him instead. I couldn’t recommend Mel and Sofology in Norwich more and now I’m looking forward to receiving my new sofa.

Viewed and visited multiple high street suppliers to find the right sofa within our dimension and style constraints. It was noticeable on entering the Sofology display room in Norwich that there is a no pressure culture, and to be honest the products sold themselves without the need for a commission hungry sales advisor to trail your every move. Whilst i feel it imperative to visit a store to make such a purchase, allowing myself the buyer to touch, sit and become familiar to the products, i was genuinely impressed with the level of detail the staff knew about the product, features, construction and care for each sofa. As a Principal Engineer i found the quality and designs well thought through with attention to detail, and the comfort.

Laura (Norwich branch) was very helpful and not pushy which helped us relax and eventually choose our new Sofa!

Shop was full of friendly and extremely helpful people. I got the exact sofa I was looking for. My salesman Mark was exceptional

We bought two sofas exactly as intended, with absolutely no sales pressure. The team were extremely knowledgeable about their products and sales policies, and everyone we spoke to was very pleasant. Great staff and a good selection of stock.

Our experience with Laura at Sofology was first class today. No pressure, no hard sell, just lots of helpful information and a great cup of coffee. Can’t wait for our new sofa to arrive. Thanks to all.
