Terrible terrible terrible... bought a guaranteed before Xmas sofa, told them specifically this is the only reason I am buying.
Now not delivering till late Jan... apparently they never confirmed it would be delivered before Xmas, even though they had a company promotion! Also the store manager called me to say, apologies its not being delivered before Xmas.
Had to wait 2.5 weeks for someone to email me back a rubbish reply.
Official complaint raised, now being sent to the ombudsman

We were welcomed in the store and asked if we need help and only approached when we asked for assistance, which we liked. The assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable and even offered to try and get the price reduced when we said we would make a purchase and has delayed delivery for us to get carpets installed.

Staff were all very friendly, especially Steve and Martin, who were very knowledgeable and helpful.
I made the wrong choice of sofa (style) but because I spoke to them within 48 hours of the original order, changing the style was no problem - thanks, Martin.

Saw the sofa online but wanted to to see it in store and actually sit on to test comfort etc . The salesperson ( think it was Martin ) was great , not pushy but knowledgable and respectful. He allowed us to browse but then provided input and advice when needed .The only negative was the delivery cost but that’s pretty standard now .

Great salesman and he did everything he could for us. But was let down by company policy. We purchased a display sofa. But couldn't have it delivered until 3 weeks later. The sofa had to go to the warehouse then out for delivery. Ridiculous as we only live round the corner
