Love SparkPaws. Amazing quality, and it’s legitimately the only brand that fit’s our bully’s big adorable head.

I have always been happy with their products and the customer service. I got my dog pajamas and they didn't fit so I was able to return them and get the right size. She looks so cute in them!!

Ordering and shipping were fine, not a problem. The products though? 2 frost core cool mats at £55 for two? I’d not waste your money. Absolutely useless. My frenchie is still panting heavily and the mats are actually warm rather than having any kind of cooling quality to them whatsoever. And don’t get me started on the stink from them when I took them from their packaging, my whole living room smelled of fish from them. I hand washed them at 20° in hope it would solve the smell, but it lingered for a good week or so. Never again, I’d rather go back to gel mats that the boy tends to bite through, at least they actually do their job.

The only hoodies that fit my American Bulldog comfortably. Soft, warm and look great.

The hoodies are so soft inside, good quality material. Bought my daughter and her dog matching ones and she loved it. Delivered on time with easy online tracking.

Amazing company with really great customer service, if I've had an issue with size they have helped me resolve it quickly and sent out the correct size with no charge. Recent purchase was some nice boots to protect my furbabies paws, sadly my girl Roxy has a sore on her back paw from rubbing, spoke to Shylaine from Spark Paws today who guided me so we got the correct size and has sent them out, I will always return.

Nice chain. A bit bigger than needed, I’ll wait it out and take it in to have a few links removed for a better fit.

Amazing customer service. I bought here for the first time and got the wrong size. They worked with me to get the right one and send the replacement out to me for free. Love the quality of the product too! Awesome business :)

Fantastic customer service. The quality of both the dog and human clothes are very high - the dog hoodie lasted for years, and the matching human pyjamas that I later purchased from them are the best in my wardrobe.

Our large untrained German Shepherd used to pull on walks until we bought Spark Paws 'no pull harness'. Game changer. Very good quality, looks cool, and doggo gets excited everytime we grab it because he knows whats next. Now easy to take him for walks. Great products.

Took longer than expected to ship and missed holiday pictures due to late shipping. Sizes were not accurate and customer pays return shipping/fees. I'm sorry I ever purchased from this company. I won't make the mistake again.

Bought a cool mat about 3 weeks ago. Am based in the UK. It came from China, via Kazakhstan. I was not expecting this and should have looked more closely at the companies background, as they market them selves as a small independent company

After 3 weeks, package arrived in the UK and they used Evri as couriers. Evri kept rescheduling the delivery date for about a further week, then when I complained , left the package on a public foot path near our house, and when I went to check it was not there.

Under UK Consumer Law, companies are responsible for delivery even if they use a courier. However, as Spark Paws are a Canadian company, they will not refund me as say couriers are not their responsibility. They have offered a new product or gift voucher! However, this is not acceptable in my view, as I never want to purchase from this company again.

The SPF tops are absolutely amazing. Keeps my newest foster PawPaw cool and comfortable. I also bought the summer shoes and it definitely helps. Breathable material while protecting his feet.

Lovely material, fits my Westie perfectly! super easy to put on and take off.
